Ireland is known for a lot of wonderful products and places to visit but I think I have more must have tourist item to add to that list, Cute Little Irish Sheep! No not the big baa-ing ones that are hard to talk about getting into your purse. I mean the cute little ones that fit into your bag and can be staged just about anywhere you want and only want to improve the environment everywhere they are. These sheep come in almost every color of the rainbow and are soft and fluffy and I think you are going to want one of your own. 🙂

These rock climbing sheep seem to be ready for the long day ahead already!

We found the plain colored sheep on our first night out in Bunratty and the others joined us the next day on our tour of the village of Cong, where we learned it was the location of “The Quiet Man” with John Wayne. These little guys were easy enough for Holli to pop in her purse with the camera before we went out for the day and they are surprisingly photogenic.

I am fairly sure you are underage Mr Sheep, you better put that down!

I told you it was only a matter of time until they caught up to you Mr Sheep!

This little photo series was taken over the course of our 12 day trip through County Galway and County Mayo, Ireland. So Mr Sheep is definitely going to make more cute appearances in the rest of the stories from our recent trip.
